Neha Rai

Neha Rai registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University is a Practicing Advocate having an experience of more than 12 years in Advisory and Litigation. She also holds an MBA degree from Pune University in Marketing and Operations Management.

She is one of the founding partners of M/s Lexgrid Legal LLP, prior to this she gained experience working with Hon’ble Justice Vipin Sanghi, standing counsel of the state of Uttar Pradesh and various Advocates.

Neha has regular appearances before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and its subordinate courts, Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal, Adjudicating Authorities and Appellate tribunals.

Neha Rai specializes in litigation and legal advisory services across a broad spectrum of Criminal, Customs, and Family law matters. She is also adept at handling complex and sensitive cases, including those under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, as well as matters involving organized crime and economic offences. Neha regularly appears in proceedings under the Delhi Police Establishment Act, 1946 and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. Her expertise extends to the domain of white-collar crimes, where she offers strategic counsel and robust representation.

Ms.  Rai also serves as an External Member on the Internal Committee constituted under the POSH with various organisation. In addition to her legal practice, she is frequently invited by educational institutions, government bodies, and non-profit organizations to conduct workshops and participate in panel discussions and podcasts on a range of legal and socio-legal issues.
