Himanshu Gupta is a practising advocate and a founding partner of Lexgrid Legal with over 11 years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory services. He is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Himanshu regularly appears before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, & its subordinate courts, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), RERA and its Appellate Authority. His practice spans a wide spectrum of legal domains, with particular expertise in Insolvency and Bankruptcy cases, Mergers and Acquisitions, Oppression and Mis-management cases, Recovery Laws prevailing in India including Civil Recovery, Summary & Commercial Suits and MSME Proceedings, Arbitration Proceedings, Complaint under Negotiable Instruments Act, Real Estate Compliances with RERA and Corporate legal advisory and transactional documentation, including Joint Ventures and Contractual Agreements. He has extensive experience in drafting legal opinions on complex corporate matters and is adept at handling multifaceted disputes with strategic legal insight.

Before establishing Lexgrid Legal, Himanshu held leadership roles at reputed law firms such as Whitespan Advisory, MLK & Co., and Map Corporate Legal, where he led client mandates independently and managed legal teams effectively. His ability to deliver results and build long-standing client relationships has earned him a strong reputation in the legal fraternity.
